This Is Not a Government Office. Navarro County Criminal History is a private reference site. We cannot retrieve, correct, seal, expunge, or certify a record, and we cannot accept a filing or records request.
Need an Official Record?
Choose the custodian by record type. A booking file and a court judgment are different records, even when they concern the same event.
- Sheriff incident, arrest, booking, or jail file: Navarro County Sheriff's Office, 312 W. 2nd Avenue, Corsicana, TX 75110; 24-hour/non-emergency line 903-654-3001. NCSO requires a written request sent to records@ncsotx.org, faxed to 903-654-3044, or delivered at the office.
- Felony District Court file: Navarro County District Clerk, Navarro County Courthouse, 300 W. 3rd Avenue, Suite 201, Corsicana, TX 75110; 903-654-3040. Hours are Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
- Class A or B misdemeanor file: Navarro County Clerk criminal department, Navarro County Courthouse, 300 W. 3rd Avenue, Suite 101, Corsicana, TX 75110; 903-654-3035. Counter hours are 8:00 a.m. to noon and 1:00 to 4:30 p.m. Open-records email is ccor@navarrocounty.org.
- Texas criminal-history record: Texas Department of Public Safety, Crime Records Division, through its public conviction search or fingerprint personal-review channel.
- Police report: the police department whose officer created it, rather than NCSO merely because the person was booked at the county jail.
- Fine-only city or JP case: the issuing municipal court or one of Navarro County's four justice courts.
The Sheriff's Office does not advertise one countywide background-check product. Use its written route for a well-described NCSO record, the correct clerk for a filed case, and DPS for reported statewide public criminal-history information.
