An Arrest Is Not a Conviction

An older copy can also miss a later expunction, nondisclosure order, correction, or final disposition. Verify the result with the Navarro County clerk that handled the case and, when relevant, Texas Department of Public Safety, Crime Records Division.
Use a public result as a lead, not a verdict. The originating agency can confirm its present record and whether it remains public.

No page here is a certified or official record. Current jail status comes from NCSO. A filed felony or misdemeanor outcome comes from the correct Navarro County clerk. State repository information comes from DPS, and registry information comes from the Texas Public Sex Offender Registry and the responsible local authority. Only the custodian can issue an official or certified copy.
