These terms govern access to and use of Navarro County Criminal History. Visiting a page, reading site content, or submitting a search through an embedded tool indicates acceptance of these conditions. Anyone who does not agree should stop using the website. 3. No Harassment, Stalking, or Discrimination

No site information or linked result may be used to stalk, threaten, harass, intimidate, or unlawfully discriminate against a person. The rule is especially important for Texas Public Sex Offender Registry data. Code of Criminal Procedure Chapter 62 creates a public-awareness system, not permission for vigilantism, contact, trespass, or harm. Misconduct based on a listing can be prosecuted under applicable Texas criminal law.

4. We Are Not a Consumer Reporting Agency

Navarro County Criminal History does not create a credit report, background report, or consumer report and is not a consumer reporting agency under the FCRA. Site content and partner tools are not offered for screening or eligibility decisions covered by that law. You must not use them to:

  • Make a credit or lending decision
  • Screen a worker or applicant
  • Evaluate a renter or housing applicant
  • Set an insurance eligibility or rate decision
  • Take any other action regulated by the FCRA
